Nice place with very least price for your daily gym activities 
This place is incomparable to other gym

Friendly staff and clean facilities. Their gym members are also good about wiping down the equipment after use. Even when the place is busy, I've never had a problem waiting to use a machine because they have so many of them. The price they charge is exceptionally low at $10/month. The 24/5 hours are great for me since I work a lot. My only minor gripe would be I wish their TVs were a little bigger in the cardio room. Prices of flat panels have gotten so cheap recently that perhaps they will upgrade them in the future.

Unprofessional staff singling out members :  

I have been a member of planet fitness for over a few years and can say I have never had a compliant until the past several visits. I have been checked in by Danielle each night at 10:30pm. Danielle has asked my guest and I for our licenses numerous times and has had snarky remarks each time we come in. Danielle also insists each night that my name does not show up in the computer system. Oddly enough it is never an issue with other employees when they scan my card. Last night Danielle informed my guest and I that my guest could "not return after tonight because you have used up the number of times you are allowed to bring a guest. She will have to get a membership or can not work out in the next as a guest." I called today and spoke to a female by the name of Angel and male supervisor who were very pleasant and helpful. Both individuals confirmed that there is no limit of how many times a guest can come when member is a black card holder. I asked to speak to the manager who was not available at the time but was told management would be there that night when I arrived. Needless to say I arrived that night and the manager of planet fitness was there. Danielle started whispering to her co-worker when I walked in. I asked the manager in front of Danielle if there was a limit on how many times a guest could come. The manager had told me absolutely not Danielle looks shocked and didn't know what to say to me so proceeded to say "no your projected limit was expired." The manager who was beyond pleasant did not know what Danielle was referring to. When I told the her what she told me she stated "whatever" and turned her back to me and the manager. Completely rude and disrespectful. I started my workout but was so upset I stopped and needed to speak to her manager about her lying. I found the manager tonight and explained I had not misunderstood any part of the conversation last night. The manager was apologetic and Danielle decided to show up and stand there as I was trying to speak to the manager alone. Danielle started to say "really?Are you serious?" As I was speaking to her manager. Danielle was the same employee who was noticeably under the influence last week. This was also told to her manager in front of her. This is a serious allegation to make and I am aware of it. What Danielle doesn't know is I completed graduate school for mental health counseling and substance-abuse counseling. I am around substance-abuse users on a daily basis. This is one employee that makes people not want to come back to planet fitness because of her attempts to single me out. I hope this gets resolved not only for my purpose but for the people that she may be doing this to that have not reported it management.

Very helpful staff and all the machines are in great shape.  Very excited to hear they are moving into the Walnut Hill Plaza.

When I first joined in December 2015 it was good and kept clean but now it's fithly. The locker rooms find empty water bottles and paper towels thrown all over the counter; inside lockers are nasty. See more people socializing by workout equipment than working out.
