I visited Rachel Moore the PA at this office and she was fantastic! I had all of my questions answered, everything was done in a timely manner and everyone was very nice and professional! I had lab work done on Friday, results in by Monday with contact via the patient portal by Tuesday and a prescription sent in shortly after! I'm really happy with the care I have received here and am very thankful to Rachel and the rest of the staff at this clinic. Highly recommend!

From the very first visit, I was amazed. I have never been treated with so much care and concern. I have been battling with a few health issues and every doctor I have seen, has ignored my symptoms and topics brought up. Previous doctors have never just sat and listened to my signs and symptoms as well as looking at the test results as Dr. O'Connor and Rachel Moore P.A. did here. They listened, and my health is finally improving. I have recommended several people here since becoming a new patient and will continue to brag on MY doctors office forever!  They truly care about your health here!!

Won't be back. I spent over 40 minutes waiting to see Dr. O'Connor. When she finally makes it in to see me she spent less than 5 minutes with me, not listening to me and instead typing notes into her computer. I went in to see her for back pain and she gave me a card to see a chiropractor and charged me a $25 copay. No testing was ordered, no mention of medications that may help relieve the pain or pressure, just push me off and let me be someone else's problem. She's to busy and overbooked to spend time with her patients.

Dr O'Connor is kind, bright, intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable about a wide range of conditions. She takes time to listen, ask questions, and discuss a health plan with you. Her office and support staff are great. I've been her patient since January 2000 and it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. I highly recommend her. The same compliment applies to her PA Rachel. Rachel is as knowledgeable as if she was a Dr. I willingly see either one of them depending on availability. I highly recommend them to anyone with any condition. I have seen the poor comments about her office staff and have to say the problem is probably with the patient's attitude. I am grateful for the friendly, respectful way they have treated me and cared for me for so long.
