I am a Typle 1 diabetic with several other chronic illnesses requiring prescriptions. Finding this pharmacy was a God send. I've used them for 7 years, including 2 years I lived in San Antonio and 2 now in Schertz. The app makes it even better!!!! I have NEVER had another pharmacy come close to how efficient and friendly this one is. Once I called 10 minutes before closing, and they offered to fill it If I could make it before they closed.  I can only imagine all the paperwork and extras they have to do for me that I know nothing about. They handle every detail and keep me posted when there is a complication. The pharmacists answer the phone themselves and go above and beyond to answer questions. They truly take a huge load off of me. I've seen people go to pick up a script at HEB find out they needed a pre auth and not only were they never told HEB made them handle it. When Walgreens let's me know I need a pre auth, they have already sent requests. I call insurance as soon as I know because most can be done by me in one call. Obviously I can't praise them enough.

Horrible pharmacy service.  Prescription was faxed by doctor office yesterday.  Tried picking up today after 2pm. I was told they were out of the antibiotic requested. Wil not have anymore until Tuesday.  This was not acceptable! No phone call regarding the issue.  They offer to call other Walgreens to see if they have medicine,  had to wait on hold,  20 minutes later... yes they have it.  But... they can't transfer rx since it was faxed to them.   they will need to have doctor fax rx to other store.  It's Friday,  doctor closed at noon.  I asked if they could have meds transferred to them since they have rx. I was again told to wait, after 5-6 minutes they told me... oh we do have the meds in stock, we overlooked it!! OMG... after spending a total 45 minutes waiting, I finally got the meds.  I would think by law they should know exactly what meds they do in fact have in stock.

separate times I've tried to call and wait on hold for over 15 minutes each time and still didn't get to talk to anyone. Ridiculous! If they're that busy hire more staff. Lord knows their prices are higher than any place else.
