The workers are always very nice, but 3 times I’ve come here and 3 times I’ve stood in line for quite a while only to find out my prescription wasn’t ready yet. Two of those times, they had actually called me to tell me it WAS ready. This time (today) I waited about 2 hours after the doc sent the prescription to them. It was a medicine that needed to be started ASAP and any pharmacist would recognize it as such. It still wasn’t ready when I got here (and stood in line for quite a while). Like I said, really nice people, which I appreciate. But don’t expect a quick and easy stop here to grab your medicine, even if they’ve told you it’s ready.

S l o w . . . .  not sure why the drive thru is so slow...  You can expect to spend 1/2 hour waiting, especially after work.
Need more pharmacy employees or some nearby competition.

HEB pharmacy is a total insult to a person trying to fill a prescription!  Calling in 4 day ahead with my presc.  on the automated system is a joke because they are NEVER ready when  the system says they are ready to be picked up.  I show up to pick up and I get an assortment of excuses.  Totally insulted every time and I will not return ever again.  Don't go here, go elsewhere...anywhere else is better.

Every time I come here they tell me it'll take 15 min for my prescription to be ready and it ends up taking an hour. Not to mention one of the women behind the counter is terriblely rufe and accused me of not knowing my birthday because she couldn't hear right.
