Worked with the manager- easy to get what I needed- just annoyed at how much longer things took than i was told and I kept having to call the girls over and over to get answers even though they said they would call back- follow up was awful.

I was drawn to this store a few years ago, by the handful of attractive and very affordable shelves by the entrance (the 15"x15"x80" one was only $100). Once I returned home and fully absorbed my then tragic furniture situation (mostly plastic from Kmart), I knew my apartment was overdue for an upgrade. The cheerful and approachable salesperson, who spoke both English and Cantonese fluently, helped me quickly find great furniture candidates. They had about eight kinds of shelves, and ten types of TV stands (plus all the other essentials). The next-day delivery came roughly on time, and the delivery saint carried the furniture up all flights of stairs and constructed and placed everything within a half hour, while conversing with me and getting snapchatted, which is amazing, because it would have taken me the rest of the day, possibly more if I didn't cancel my date again. My room smelled like sweat and wood dust for maybe an hour. You should order furniture from here just to see these amazing craftsmen at work! Be sure to have some cash on hand, for the tip.

Love this place. Install and delivery for free with large purchases. Bought multiple things here...ask for Jimmy. He speaks English and knowledgeable.

My mom bought a bed and two night stands from them two weeks ago. We live pretty far away from Chinatown but they delivered everything for free to my door. The installation is also free. Compared to other furnitures in our house, some of them from IKEA, this bed's quality is superb and exceeded our expectation for the price paid.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AT HK FURNITURE! MATERIALS ARE JUNK & RUN BY THUGS! Seriously, You get what you paid for, why you think Hong Kong Furniture can give cheap prices on their products under cut their competitors? Something have to give! 1st off, my parents whom are senior citizens was harassed and "extorted" by HK Furniture's own delivery guys for unreasonable amount of tips! Those delivery thugs refuse to leave after delivery until they were paid what they consider a "GOOD AMOUNT OF TIP"! My parents had to pick up the phone and dial 911 before those delivery THUGS would finally leave! 2nd, the furniture were total garbage, cheap wood finishing that permeates very unpleasant order filling your home (you won't know the odor in their display room); miss matched coloration throughout; leather pieces that would discolor when water gets on it (again that would not happens if you did the fluid test in their showroom pieces), the list goes on and on. When called them for exchange or other remedy, they gave pitch of NO EXCHANGE, NO REFUND printed on the receipt! Totally China way of running business as in Mainland China Even their website lied right in front of you, with Chinese character claiming that in New York City, every resident home have pieces of their "Red Apple" Brand of Furniture! Go ahead and copy the Chinese wording on their website, and use Google Translate and you see what I am referring to The only reason Hong Kong Furniture is still here is that they continue to prey on the old senior citizens and the new immigrants, however if you are reading this consider you now have the knowledge and the power to avoid doing business with these criminals! REALLY, RUN AWAY, DO NOT WALK IN!
