When I walked into Kartell, the two sales people treated like I was a guest in their home in Italy, as both were Italian.  They let me take my time and sit in as many chairs as I wanted.  Just meeting them was truly a nice experience.  The designs are really cutting edge, and their is such a variety that anyone can find something appealing.  The store was easy to find by taking the One Train to Canal Street and walking three blocks to Greene Street.

This place has great stuff, all their furniture is made of a strong translucent plastic. Very elegant and contemporary furniture, and house accessories. They have it in all different colors the have a wide variety of items. If you are looking for different furniture this the place. And it's Italian too, Italian design is always great.

Specific to Kartell NY: Most challenging group of people I have ever worked with. Arrogant and rude staff, rugged Italians with not much respect. No process in place to handle things, very emotionally driven office if you ask me.  Calm down, be nicer to customers, and welcome to america.

Dear Staff - cheer up or perhaps relocate to the DMV. Keep the misery to yourself.

Really disappointed by the customer experience! I have bought a table & paid for it in September. It is March and they have not delivered it yet!  No matter how many times I call, they never receive my calls! This has not been  my experience from Kartell in Europe...
