Completely unprofessional, untrustworthy and unreliable. We put in an order for a cabinet on Thursday and told them that we would stop by to pick up on Saturday. That all went smoothly enough, considering we were handing them money to put down for a deposit and all. Saturday rolls around, no phone calls from them, so everything must be in place and ready, right? WRONG! This is what happened, we called them again when we were about 10 minutes form their store, so they can prepare the furniture for us to pick up and they said OK. When we got to about 3 minutes from their store, they called back to say that they did not have the item we were buying in stock or in their warehouse and that our only choice would be to take the floor sample. Now that would have been fine if their floor sample were in any decent shape, it was NOT! Sadly to say, we wasted a morning, and I can frankly say that i will not buy anything from this company fromm this experience. This tells me that they don't give a crap about you or your time and they'll do the in the most unprofessional way possible.

Purchased a sofa and a loveseat at the Brooklyn Location. Dealt with Thomas Ma who is the Manager of that location. Put a small deposit and had the delivery scheduled on a Saturday with a 7 hour window. The deliver team came at 11:30 AM on a Saturday morning (they called us half an hour ahead). Delivered the furniture and install the metal legs. They were quick. When I asked if they will remove the packaging materials, they informed us that the packaging materials is part of the furniture and they can put it outside. They won't take it. I was disappointed as that was not what Thomas Ma told us. I had to spend some time separating the foam, cardboard and the plastic film. Other than that, the furniture was in excellent condition.

We bought a sofa bed from them for $250, yes, no shipping, tax included, we thought o great! that's a great deal considering other places charge $100 shipping. Ok, so i stayed home with 24hr delivery notice (I live in Jersey City, they can't give us a delivery date, but can only call less than 24 hours before to let me know they are deliverying tomorrow. Fine, I asked my manager to stay home for the day 24hrs before (good thing that my manager is a nice guy and let me off that way), and of coz it came at around 12noon, with the guy bitching about how hard it is to find my building (if he only has a GPS or look it up before, my building is on a major street, and the building is one of those really tall 36 story buildings that you can't miss) And then they tried to put the sofabed together, and one leg wouldn't fit, they asked for every single possible tool in my house to try to "fix" it on the spot, it still won't fit, so they forced it in and broke the platic leg, still trying to convince me it's ok, and i just need to go to get a new leg from Chinatown. So I told them i want them to deliver a new one that is not a defeat. So they took it back, and AGAIN gave me 24 hr delivery notice, this time, i was frustrated with the late notice (imagine you ask your boss for staying home for a day for 2 consecutive weeks in a row given less than 24 hours notice each time), so i asked them to give me an estimate time of delivery so i can work my schedule around it, or maybe just take half a day off instead a whole. They refused to give me an estimate saying that that's how it works, not even give me 7-12 or 12-5, and the sales lady Cindy was literally yelling over the phone when i told her this is not reasonable. So i said we don't want the sofabed anymore and i need my deposit back, and she said she can only give me back store credit (without even deliverying anything yet) My advice, if you can deal with this for saving an extra $100, be my guest, but i would probably never going to buy from them ever again.
