I used to love this location. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with a manager named Yusef. I won't be going back. Additionally most of the associates there don't seem well versed in customer satisfaction and come across as distracted / uninterested. I've only worked with one individual Jonette (one out of probably 20 employees there) who gave exceptional service. She's the only reason this gets a star from me.

Nice selection, great service. If you are in need of furniture, although not cheap, you ought to pay them a visit.

Had a great experience with Stephanie N at the Mercer counter. She assisted me with all my needs and when I had a question, manager Jon-Erik came to my assistance and was extremely helpful. Thanks for such great customer service cb2!

They have nice merchandise wirh good quality to decorate a city apt with. They are also cheaper than CRATE Nd Barrel

Beautiful inexpensive furniture but waited forever for a sectional. If you need to speak to someone on the phone don't bother. They don't pick up during business hours. When I went to the store the staff ignored my complaint (clearly not their problem).You're better off buying CB2 online, then you can avoid the bad customer service.
