The store is on two levels with mostly women's clothes and accessories on the main level and kids and men in the basement. I went here with my wife so she could get some shirts. She liked a few items but only ended up getting one shirt. The staff was friendly enough and we were through the line pretty quickly.

This DC H&M clothing store near Connecticut Avenue, hands down, has the Best selections of high quality design, chic clothes for women in the entire DC area. It's also one of the largest stores. ❤️👌

Appalled and disgusted about the African American child whom was on the new H&M add with “Coolest Monkey in the Jungle” shirt, H&M must make this right by starting a program to help young African American boys and girl to up lift their image in this cruel society that sees them as animals.

This is the second time that I've been to this location and received poor customer service..the cashier and store manager were rude and unhelpful..I'd rather take my business to the georgetown or metro center locations. They get one star for their selection and that's about it.
