My favorite store in DC by far! I found amazing pieces in great condition for a very reasonable price, i.e. Derek Lam brand new boots or Ralph Lauren leather fringe bag with the tag. A must see and come back! (moreover the staff is lovely)

Come every season for new and amazing finds! the staff here know clothes. Everything here is quality. Before I moved to DC, I specifically came here during every visit to DC for an affordable shopping spree. Especially amazing for students or young professional looking for nice work wear and lower prices! Do keep in mind that items may be a few seasons old, but there are many gems here and an under $50 dress rack that is my favorite thing ever. Don't forget their jewelry racks too!

The entrance is a little hard to find, but worth it. It's on the second floor, (up a steep flight of stairs) and it's a second-hand shop, and so I guess that's why it's named "Secondi". Worth it for a nicely curated collection of higher-end gently used clothing. The people who look over the items brought in for consignment have a pretty good eye, accepting and selling what's recent, and turning away what's been sitting in the far recesses of someone's closet for too many years. Items are in excellent shape, good quality, and for some of the selection, top-of-the-line. This is not your typical "thrift store". You won't find ratty jeans for five bucks. You're paying for quality, just much less than you'd pay for it new. Items are well displayed and organized, with racks for different types of mid-to-high level designer clothing on one side of the store, hung by size, and within each size, items of similar colors grouped together. And on the other side of the store, there are the seriously higher-end items you want for big events -- like a Chanel evening dress, an Armani skirt suit, or a pair of Louboutin's. I was in a hurry one afternoon but really wanted something nice for an event that night; I stopped in during lunch and found the perfect silk blouse and pencil skirt. Hope you have the same luck as I did!
