I was charged so much extra than a friend of mine, I requested for the detailed bill, they refuse to send. Sindhuma works there part time and her fees are way too much and my return is also very less. NOT HAPPY at all

I have had the pleasure of working with Bob Mayo for 12 years.  He is a godsend in that I am an entrepreneur and he is able to figure out my multi-faceted business activities and explain what taxes are owed when and why so I can understand it,and file my tax forms promptly and efficiently. 

Over the years, when questions have cropped up, Bob has always taken my call (even during "off-season") and provided gracious, professional guidance so I knew what to do.  

I trust Bob implicitly. if you are looking for someone who has the ability to make what can be a complicated process simple and straightforward, call and schedule an appointment with Bob.  You'll be glad you did.

Probably the worst customer service experience I've had in 17 years of living in the USA. Dropped off my taxes on April 4th to be completed by Michael Gallagher. He said filing them by the 15th would not be an issue. He then subsequently went MIA. No responses to several phone calls and emails. I had to file an extension to my tax filing.

It's now mid May and I still have not had a response from Michael Gallagher. I march into the office demanding to see Michael. He's not  there but the office manager Valerie Wendling is. She apologizes profusely and says she will now take over my taxes. She turns out to be worse than he was, and she's the office manager !!!. After a week of no returned emails or phone calls I go back to the office to be told she's "out of the country". At this point I demand my file back and leave the building.

I still haven't heard from either one of them and it's now mid July.

Valerie Wendling has handled our taxes for the past couple of years, including some complex overseas reporting requirements. She has handled all with aplomb, courtesy and professionalism. And done so in a timely manner. We really appreciate her and H&R Block.
