Miss Mariam prepared my taxes this year for the first time and I wish, I would had come to JMU Tax Services sooner.  I used a different Tax Accountant who was not taking care of my paper work properly.  I am glad I got her recommendation from a co-worker.  She was amazing at looking at my paper work in detail and taking the time to ask questions that I had never asked before.  I was shocked to see what a difference it was.  JMU Tax has my business from now on!

Ms. Singh prepared our taxes for the last two years and all I can say is that I wish we came to her sooner.  Very honest, knowledgeable, and highly educated with the current and the new Tax Law.  I highly recommend her if you’re looking for high refunds.

I had scheduled an appointment to file my taxes,  for 10am. The owner said Mariam was running 20 minutes late, those 20 mtns turned into an hour long she never showed up. I decided to leave and take my business somewhere else. What a lack of customer service. Very unprofessional, not coming back there

Mariam is great!  She is very knowledgeable about the tax laws and asks questions to make sure that you get all deductions that you qualify for.  I am very pleased with her work and she has a very positive attitude.  I drive an hour to work with her...very professional!
