We have been with these folks for a very long time, more than 20 years! We've had the same primary support person for a very long time as well!
We've had some significant claims in the last 20 years and these folks have always been very supportive and helpful as we managed the insurance claims process, and of course when we had to change things with automotive changes, children have growing up and moving out on their own etc!

I recently switched to using Haas Insurance Group for my home insurance and auto insurance after a long term relationship with another provider and was glad I did! The rates were very competitive, but more importantly, the service was exceptional and I received detailed explanations of the exact terms of my insurance so I knew what I was buying. Auto insurance is so confusing these days that I wanted to be sure I was covered for the maximum medical benefits in case of an accident.  Thanks to Haas Insurance Group, I feel confident I have the coverage I need and that the service will be excellent should I ever have a claim.

We have been dealing with Haas Insurance for many many years and we continue to be extremely satisfied with the service, the rates and the insurers they recommend. We recently had a flood claim and the service was outstanding! A restoration crew was in within hours. The whole process was seamless all of the contacts were very supportive and calming, and the trades awesome. We recommend knowing your broker and being able call your broker on the telephone by name... Cassandra Haas... she's the best!
