Called in with what I needed and had an appointment within the hour. My auto insurance was set up at a rate that was in my budget. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Christine is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone she knows what she’s doing.

I would give them 0 stars if i could, i have now hired a lawyer and gone to the BBB, DO NOT GO WITH ONTARIO WEST! I first got a policy with CAA through Kelly Chesterfield, I was late with 2 payments, by a couple days, and i knew ahead of time i may be late, but i called about a week before my payment was due and Kelly had informed me it wouldve been perfectly okay with CAA for me to go in 3 days late to pay. So that is what i did, Then A WEEK! later she called me and said oh it wasn't okay and now they have cancelled your policy due to non payment, wich EVERYONE knows that is the WORST thing you could get on your record. I was infuriated, and have been asking them since November 2017 to figure out a way to help get this off my record as it was THEIR fault! Instead, Kelly then told me should could get me into another policy with  an extra 120$ a month, but i have children so i have to have insurance to be able to drive,  i signed on the dotted line (my mistake), and paid my first month, and then 2 months later i received a call from a completely different broker at Ontario west and she informs me that it was all a mistake and i actually didnt get monthly insurance! so she proceeded to tell me it was a  3 pay insurance at 1000$ every 3 months and i had to come in and pay the rest!! I went in under the impression i was starting my 3 pay in feburary and would be okay until may, WRONG AGAIN, i had to pay in March as well, because my policy was opened in december,  but wasnt told this until i went in to sign the papers for the 3 pay option. They are the absolute worst Insurance Brokerage i have ever dealt with in my entire life!

I've had the most amazing experience with Ontario west. Their team always goes above and beyond when it comes to my questions or requests. Whenever I have a concern they get back to me almost immediately and I hardly have to lift a finger. I cannot thank them enough for making my experience with my home and car insurance flawless!

I have recently switched insurance to Ontario West.  Dwayne Gagne was patient, kind and Knowledgeable.  He answered all my questions I had and went through my policy with me so I know what I was getting as well as what I needed.  I have recommended Dwayne at Ontario west to several of my friends.
