I may be considered different by noting that I do actually look forward to dealing with Ian's office related to my home and auto insurance needs. As an example: their location is a short walk from my home. The day after my wife found a crack in her new car's windshield I walked over to find Darlene at her post. The claims experience was not dreadful at all. Darlene handled the process with professionalism and aplomb, guiding us through a first-time event in very short order. It is indeed reassuring to know Ian and his team are easy to contact, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are good people who genuinely care about other people.

I have been with State Farm for over 20 years and I have always been very satisfied with the service I receive, Darlene is fantastic and the customer service is fast and friendly. I would recommend State Farm to anyone.

I was very pleased with the service I received from State Farm after my recent accident. Their repair provider CarStar did an exceptional job. My car looks like new. I was well looked after, and there were no hidden costs. They followed up with phone calls and were concerned about my welfare. I would heartily recommend them.

We recommend everyone to Ian and his team. They are exceptionally knowledgeable and will take the time to fully explain any questions. The best part is the turnaround time, he is seriously accessible. If my call is not answered immediately, I undoubtedly get a call back within minutes. Buying a new car, just call and presto the paperwork is there. Couldn't ask for more.

The personalized service I receive from Ian and his team is nothing short of first rate. Not only does he take the time to explain all of my options where insurance is concerned, he is very knowledgeable when it comes to investments. For years I have struggled with the lack of interest and input from various financial advisers and institutions, but when I made the switch, Ian was able to explain everything in a way that made perfect sense to me and I was very confident that we were making sound choices for my future.
