Bruce and his team continue to impress me with their above-and-beyond work ethic. Over the 9+ months since I first got in touch, response time to phone and e-mail has always exceeded my expectations. And even though you may be working with several people in the office at any given point in the case, everyone is on the same page and I felt like I wasn't repeating myself over and over again. Bruce and his team were nothing but helpful. 10/10 would recommend! They're honest people I'd trust with my own family.

From the first phone call my attorney Kendrick was professional, thorough, and patient. He is relentless and driven. Having never had an experience like this before; Kendrick made me feel confident I was in the right hands and explained the process to me from start to finish!

This law firm helped my partner Sherri so much after a car accident we were involved in and I just wanted to personally offer my gratitude toward their attorneys and staff. Kendrick, Bruce, and everyone at the office were so patient and helpful. We were very hesitant to even get a lawyer after the car wreck as we had the negative impression that the attorneys are the problem and we didn't want to be associated with an industry you see on television all the time, but after having such a hard time getting medical bills paid we realized that it is the insurance companies (versus the lawyers) who are the problem. If you are in the unfortunate situation of needing representation, you will not go wrong with this firm.

Don't like this law firm they talk a good game at 1st to get your business. Nobody is on the same page, they all tell you different things. You will hardly ever get a call back from anyone,especially Bruce. I been waiting on a call back for a month. Called and spoke to receptionist....only for her to tell me Bruce withdrew from my case and she would have him call me. Still waiting on that call. Even if they felt my case wasn't a good case, I should've still gotten a call especially since he had agreed to represent me. How rude and unprofessional!!!! If I could give a zero as a review I would. I would not recommend this office to anyone. They only treat you right if they see you have an easy case that will get them a lot of $$$$.

Accident happened in May, treatment ended in July.....my car hasnt been repaired and I have never received a call from my attorney after our initial meeting. His staff doesn't return calls or emails, even when you let them know you can help with their job...like obtaining bills they say they are still waiting on after 4mos....I am hoping for a good outcome but after the service so far im really skeptical.
