Love this Hair Cuttery location. I see Kim there and she does her best to do a great job and please me the best that she can. Most of the time I am not waiting long. To get my hair cut or colored.

Best hair cut and coloring i ever had. deidra did a great job. Very nice and friendly atnosphere. would highly recommend that shop to anyone.

***UPDATED REVIEW*** previous review after Gap at end of this review. After my daughter and I were butchered, I called and the manager offered to fix my hair and my daughters. She (medium build woman with burgundy hair, manager) and the woman who did my daughters hair (a medium build blk woman) definitely did an amazing job fixing the mistakes made that i explained below. Once layers were added to mine as I had  requested the 1st time, I now can deal with the shorter length hair. My daughters 2-3 inch strands were cut off and layers were added and she is now a more confident 12 year old going to school. They were quick about getting us in for the fix. Id give a 5 star for the new haircut but giving 3 due to tje prior mess up........1ST REVIEW::::My daughter and I both came here a few days ago. BIG MISTAKE. Havent cried over a hair cut in YEARS. I asked for the dead ends cut off, my hair was below mid back and fairly frizzy, told her I wanted layers as well. Its all one length, resting on my NECK. She cut it too short underneath and made up fo r length over top of that underside of hair. She cut it as short as she wanted to and DID NOT give me layers.(middle aged woman with many layers in her hair, golden brown caramel colored hair woman) She even said, "Your husband's probably not gonna like it." Well, I got into my car and pulled what I could into a ponytail. I can't describe the depression I feel and lack of confidence. I rather the split ends. My daughter's hair wasn't cut as short as she wanted by a little Asian woman and was left with sections of hair that weren't even cut. Photo Attached. I'm DISGUSTED DEPRESSED AND WANT OUR HAIR FIXED AND MY MONEY BACK at the same time, I do not want to step foot into this so called salon. More like a chop shop.

Been getting my hair cut by Kim she does a great job.
The other stylist make you feel comfortable it's a laid back place to go get a hair cut.

Came here as a walk in, no wait. Kim B was great and worked with me every step of the way to create the right cut for me. Very satisfied.
