Went today to get a trim. Everyone is helpful and friendly, Dorothy gives great advice for your hair type. Prices were reasonable. Will definitely come back!

I should have read the reviews! The worst ever! My stylist was supposed to do a simple wash and blow dry. She didn't use that much product to de tangle my hair. She was careless and blew hot air in my face from the blow dryer! My hair does not look like how it usually does when I go other salons. And just walking out parts of my hair are still wet! I'm so angry that I should walk in to my money back but I won't! I gave her 15% tip but I should have given her nothing. It was a waste of my money!

Good place to go for a decently priced haircut

Hair color: Not good. I went in for a highlight which cost $146 for short hair. I asked for no brown nor any brass orange color. Well the final result was orange!, not brass but orange with blonde highlights.  This was on a Sunday and they were closing soon, so I'd decided to email corporate which leads to having another appt with the master colorist.  I thought great I'm in better hands... so I thought. I Continued to ask for blonde highlights and she stated I can only do so much because I have thin hair and it can damage my hair. which is fine, I still wanted to walk out with hair.  Well once the process was complete, my highlights are now brass orange color.  I just don't have the energy to argue with people anymore, so I'm just taking my hard earned money somewhere else.  Just to put it simple: it was the best the can do.

If I could post a photo I would. 

I told myself if this is the best she can do, so be it.  I will not go back ever again. Simple trims are their specialty. This was the second time in my lifetime, I have received a highlight.

I don't recommend this place for anyone looking for color. I don't think they know how to combine color combinations. They need to get a refresher on coloring and blending higlights.

I would give it zero if I could. I spent 75 dollars to straighten my hair which for me is pricey considering that I go to really nice salons and never go over 60. My hair looked terrible I almost cried because it was my 16th birthday and I had spent a lot of my present money on it. My mom was very upset and called to complain. The ends of my hair weren't even curled and were extremely frizzy. I don't use heat on my hair often. It was a waste of money and my hair went under excessive heat to come out looking like I had done it myself and honestly I could have done it better myself. I was so angry.
