I was stupid enough to think I could go here for a simple trim. I told Brenda I wanted no more than an inch off my hair which fell below my chest. Red flags should've gone off when she didn't show me how much she'd be taking off like they do at professional salons, but I was sort of out it so didn't really notice. 
This woman cut FIVE INCHES off my hair that I've spent years growing out. It now falls just below my shoulders. 
I am disgusted and literally blown away by the stupidity of the woman who somehow thought cutting five inches of my hair without asking me was appropriate. Not to mention it's STILL a half an inch shorter on one side. She didn't even make it even! 
I knew the people here weren't really well trained, but this is just embarrassingly bad. 
If you care about your hair don't even come here for a simple trim. You're better off doing it in your garage like I'd been doing for years.

I have been very disappointed in this location. I've been 3 times and had 3 different stylist cut my children's hair. 2 of them cut my sons ears both times and made him bleed. When we left the 3rd visit it looked like my son cut his own hair. The stylist do not have enough training and I will not be coming back to this location.

FANTASTIC!!! More competition in the neighborhood will force the others to get their act together or fade away. Plus, it's super "chic" and modern.

Worse hair cut in my 30 years of living. They had a young girl cut my hair that messed it up to the extremes. I usually get a short taper, but this girl gave me near skin shaved sides and left it long on the top. Her manager came over and basically chewed her out and called the hair cut a screwed up version of a David Beckham hair cut, she had another stylist try to fix the cut but it was really at the point of no return (the new stylist also didnt seem to care about fixing the hair cut and asked me multiple times along the way what she needed to do to fix it which I found odd) . My original stylist proceeded to watch her manager cut another customer's hair. They offered the cut at no charge but considering I left like with a poor man's version of a David Beckam look, I found that even insulting. Worse Hair Cuttery ever; it will go out of business within 2 years.
