This place has terrible customer service. Absolutely the worst without question. The owner is nice enough but she really needs to train her staff on how to interact with customers. I have gone there a few times to get my hair done. On three occasions I was harassed by staff about paying as quickly as possible. I walked up to the counter one time and had to look in my purse for a half second for my card. I was looking for no more than a second when the woman at the counter rudely said "Can you hurry up." On another occasion they followed me out to my car to watch me get the cash. Meanwhile one of their employees had been sitting on the hood of my car for twenty minutes.

At the very least, Stella, please let your workers know it is dangerous for them to be following people out to their cars. I understand the thought behind it, but other than being extremely annoyed, my other thought was that if someone really was trying to leave without paying, you don't know what they have on them or how desperate they may be or what they will do. It just isn't good for either party.

Also, they speak a variety of languages there, and yes, often times it is to hide the fact that they are speaking rudely about customers. How do I know? Because I actually speak one of their languages but I make a point not to reveal this in braid shops because I want people to reveal themselves.

Took 3 1/2 hrs for senegalese twist. The shortest time I have ever gotten my hair braided and my hair looks amazing...  the second time I went I got 5 cornrows. They were crooked how can you mess that up

Ladies beware, my hair blistered up a day after my hair was braided so tight. My scalp is ruined because if his tight my hair is. The parts are to far apart. I was to a loyal customer but after paying $200 for Marley Twist and have this happen I'll pass.

My mother went in for basic cornrows. After doing some they handed her a mirror to make sure she was pleased with them. She asked if they could redo a few because they were done  poorly. The woman proceeded to scream at and insult my mother, telling her she was wasting the braider's time. My mother tried to leave and the woman proceeded to follow my mother to the door. Stella's son was there and attempted to calm the situation, because at this point my mother was in tears. He convinced my mother to let another braided finish her hair, and tried to explain away the braider's behavior (apparently she'd been "going through some things"). My mother, aunt, and myself were all regular patrons of Stella's, but because of that experience we no longer spend money at this establishment. Stella herself was always nice to us, but as someone else said there are too many shops in the area for them to act this way toward people paying for their services

Most of the  stylists  not civilized at all,no good manners, talk  a lot especially a girl called ola and another lazy called miss.I feel sorry the owner cuz she's the one losing customers. Won't recommend to anybody
