I have been fixing my hair with this salon crew since 2011 they are nice and respectful. They all make my hair so beautiful 😍. Prices are reasonable.

I went to this shop as a first comer and asked for a simple ponytail to the back with an edge touch up with relaxer. She used the synthetic braiding hair to make a bun. Used gel to make the ponytail but it still came out a little ruffled and not as smooth as I would have liked it to be. It wasn't really too much of a service issue but when I was done and asked for the price she said it was 85.00!!! My face said it ALL!! 85.00 for WHAT?? She said the touch up edge was 20.00 and then they had to wash it out! Like really??? DUH!!!!! You HAVE to wash out a relaxer, that's NOT or at least SHOULDNT BE A SEPERATE charge. Then she said she had to use hair. I said it's synthetic hair that I can buy at a supply store for 5.00 and you didn't even use the entire pack because I wanted a small bun, so WHERE'S THE OTHER 60.00 coming from?? The style shouldn't of cost me no more than 40.00. I wouldn't of mind paying even 60.00. The funny thing is she KNEW she was overcharging me and even said because your a first time customer you would give me 10 dollars off!! You did me NO FAVORS!! U RAISED THE PRICE so that I would end up paying exactly what this style was worth plus ur included tip! Sorry to say, they lost a customer that would of probably given them more than 85 dollars over a long period just because they were GREEDY AND CROOKED!! Will NOT go back to this place!!! OVERPRICED AND OVERRATED!!!!

The lady who does relaxers is awesome. However they are never on time, hour wait plus. If you are a busy woman,this is not the place.

The owner and staff are extremely nice and professional. I have been letting them do my hair for years and I have been satisfied every time. I won't let anyone else do my hair hair extensions.

The and first and last time I will go here. The stylist was a hour late and then passed me on to another stylist. I went there for crochet braids and left with bald spots at my hairline. I have had extensions numerous times without any problems. I never had hair fallout before until I went to this salon. I am patiently waiting for my hair to grow back.
