I waited to write my review until after a couple washes to see how the colour held. And I have to say I am incredibly impressed with the work that was done. My hair looks amazing! I am still receiving compliments about it. Along with the professionalism and efficient work done here it is by far the best hair salon! Cassandra does amazing cut/blow drys and Matthew Jonathan SLAYED my life. Thank you both you’ve boosted my confidence and brought my hair back to life

Absolutely horrified with a bad color job that went through two corrections at an Oakville salon and reached out in desperation to have it fixed. Lexi you nailed the correction! An absolute transformation. You just gained 2 new clients Emma and myself her mom Kate! See you again soon when I am due.

This was my first time at Matthew Jonathan Salon and my experience was phenomenal. 
Cassandra did an amazing job and completely changed my look. I had an idea of what I wanted and Cassandra was able to give me that look.
I have curly hair and it’s really hard to find a stylist who knows how to work with curly hair.
I totally love my new look am the new me. I have finally found my stylist.

Absolutely loved it here, and my haircut especially.  Found the salon online, as per the ratings, and I was basically a walk in.  Everyone friendly and kind.  Lexi awesome and I was so  happy that there were so many reviews to about the salon, and Lexi, which were all 5 star.   I had  no qualms about leaving my hair to the professionals -  and they were professional.  I will be back for sure... Thanks again for the awesome service and cut, Lexi.  T.

I made an appointment at this salon because due to my own mistake, a chunk of my hair was cut and looked really ugly. I figured that the only way to fix it was to turn it into side bangs which I wasn't super keen on. 
However when I got in the chair and discussed what we could do with Lexi, she suggested to create a frame instead, along with some layers, which ended up looking great and she made the missing chunk look like it was supposed to be that way. 
I was also very very pleased with her professionalism in that she didn't seem judgmental or made fun of me for my embarrassing mistake. She's a very pleasant lady and is great at her job. 
The salon itself is very quaint and cozy, I can imagine that it might get tight if all the chairs are being used but everyone seems to have their own little space. 
I was worried about the price but I honestly think that it was worth it, especially for the fact that my hair was saved! I even got a compliment on it from Matthew Jonathan on my way out which put me in a really good mood for the rest of the day.
