First STRESS FREE hair cut ever! As a girl with long hair I have always been stressed out to get a hair cut due to the fact that hair stylists usually take too much off (any girl with long hair will agree with me). Mona made me feel comfortable and physically showed me how much she chopped off in her hand before chopping off the rest. Unlike other hairstylists at other salons that show you how much they "will" chop off when it's still attached to your hair, and then end up chopping off more than agreed upon. Mona was professional and made sure I left with a smile on my face. I think I just found my go to hair stylist after 22 years of searching. Will defenetly be recommending to friends.

1) Timing: this was crucial when I booked.  I had 3 hours max as we had an important family event. .....  and I was there for 3:35 hours. Char did not  explain the  longer time required with beliage (sp)?  procedure and It was not until my hair was dyed in full  to get one base colour after agreeing to this process that I may be there for 4 hours. We had family plans that I reiterated several times as we were attending  a show in the City. 
2) Spoke to owner, Char about my family/kids during my service.  At the end of my service he says you are a hot gramma. I looked at him and he asked  if I was a grandma? I said no, we had been talking earlier and he said Now I look like a hot momma
3) when I booked I was quoted $175 plus 25 for a blow dry. I understand that beliage (sp?) is more but none of that was disclosed to me. Then when I was there they said the premium hair dye is $15 a capsule and that I would need 2. So I am thinking $230-240. I did not even have my hair cut. They (a young boy)  blow dried and flat ironed and there were 4 lines across the back of my head. Char then stepped in and re-ironed my hair  and I felt like he was doing me a favour. All the love was gone.... another client beside me had an amazing colour and they were taking pics and hugging her. I have to say that Kylie? Or the lovely woman that brought me in and assisted was very customer focused. Other than that, other stylists stared and did not speak, except for Kyle? Very nice boy. 
4) my hair was ok but flat when I left as 3 people tried to flat iron my shoulder length hair, and when I woke up the next morning my hair is burned and frizzy. 
4) I was asked to pay over $ 350 and did!!!!. Gong show #over50?#hotgramma,#wtfisclientservice.

I WOULD  NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS SALON. NO LOVE AND TO BE CALLED A HOT GRAMMA IS AN INSULT REGARDLESS.  IT IS DISRESPECTFUL.

The best experience I ever had in a hair salon. 
Char always makes my hair the way i want and even better. The staffs are very nice.
I think you should give it a try.

I visited Char Le Blanc Spa last weekend for a hollywood ultrasound facial and had a fabulous experience! My esthetician was very knowledgeable having a doctor background and i felt like she went above and beyond for my facial! I would highly reccomend this salon and spa for any experience! Top notch!
