I will not go back this place ever again. I wanted to get highlights, but the lady was very unexperienced and ruined my hair. I needed to go back to get it fixed, but even after trying to fix it three (!) times it was still bad. I could have done better job myself! I was so mad when I left there - just waste of money & time PLUS that your hair is ruined. She left the bleach too long time, so part of my hair got white while the root was still dark.

I went into Total Image yesterday to see if anyone was available for a haircut and I was able to come in right away and see Roxana. I felt so welcomed and comfortable from the second I walked in, the receptionist was really sweet and Roxana was friendly as well. I explained to Roxana what had happened to my hair, it had been over texturized months ago and I didn't know what to do with hair because it wasn't styling or laying correctly. She gave me her professional opinion and she knew exactly what I wanted because she had a similar shorter cut. She made me feel very comfortable and even showed me parts of my haircut step by step so I would get the cut I wanted. She was very detailed, she straightened my hair afterwards to check the cut dry and clean up my hairline / make sure it was perfectly straight. Then she showed me a lose wave I could do with the hairstyle! I am so happy and can honestly say, this is the best haircut I've ever had!!!!! Really enjoyed my visit and will be back to see Roxana, she's AMAZING!!!!

Really good service and friendly staff. My hairdresser really listened to what I wanted and gave me some good advice on how to take care of my hair. I was happy with my haircut and will definitely be coming back.

I've been going to this salon for 5+ years, on/off recently because I moved out of Oakville. I try to go here rather than other places because almost every girl at the salon has been great in my experience. This Friday, I saw Adele and it was a horrible experience. I have long hair and wanted a redo of layers with a fringe cut in front, very simple. She did not listen to anything I said. She rushed through my hair, not even washing it properly. Because she was in such a rush, she pulled and tugged at my hair repeatedly. I was in at 7:15 and she washed, cut and styled it in 30 mins. I was out of the salon by 7:45pm. I'm so disappointed and will never go here again.

I never write reviews but I was so upset by the service I received from this salon. I went in asking for a simple trim and clean up of layers and side bangs. I had showed the woman pictures of the style I was aiming for and was very clear that I wanted to keep some length, I proceeded to show her while my hair was dry, then again when it was wet to make sure she understood what I wanted. She proceeded with the cut(during this process she was talking about how great short hair was,etc) and what I ended up with was an extremely short hair cut, she had essentially given me what SHE wanted to do on me and not what I wanted. I usually am very open to a hairstylists opinions on what would look good but today I was very clear that I was only seeking a trim because I just wanted to help it look healthier and continue to grow. Furthermore she did not blow dry my whole hair, as she explain "if i dry it all it will look frizzy". Then she rushed off to another client. Never through the haircut did she ask me if the length was ok, she just proceeded with what SHE wanted to do with MY hair. I have been to this salon and never had any problem with any of its hairstylists, this is the first time in 15 years that I have had an issue, and I am completely disappointed with the service and attitude of this stylist. I am now back at square one in the process of growing my hair.
