Always professional and friendly, going out of their way, as well as beyond what's needed to have a happy customer. Service department is top notch and Sales earns your business and both earn your loyalty. I would buy another Ford from them and recommend them to others all the time !

First experience ever with a dealership. Always avoided them due to the shady aspect. These guys are not scumbags. No jerking around and they met my demands to obtain the sale. Currently back for my first oil change.

EDIT: Changed to 5 after getting my first service done there. All went well and I am satisfied. Altogether a good experience purchasing a vehicle. Would recommend.

The staff at Haldeman Ford in Kutztown is by far the best. I was in and out within an hour once I picked the vehicle I wanted. Butch makes sure everything is taken care of and explains everything very well. I will definitely be buying all of my cars from Haldeman in Kutztown in the future!
