This is 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in 3 yrs.  All three experiences were enjoyable.   No high pressure sales.  Salesman Jim Murphy is always patient, pleasant, informative and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate the customer.  Dealership owner has always been on site, accessible, involved with sales team and customer when needed and reasonably accommodating.  Great place, wonderful sales team!

Kutztown Auto is the place to go and the dealer to deal with. Doesn't matter if they don't have the vehicle you want, they will find it...and pretty quickly, if it is a vehicle that is out there and close by.
I would recommend this Dealership to all of my friends and family.
Jim Murphy is whom helped my husband and I. He was not pushy. He helped answer questions we had and gave us his opinion on certain options. Never steered us in any direction, just helped. We felt very comfortable as we didn't want to rush into any certain vehicle. 
Best dealership around!

Sales staff was very accommodating.  Test drove several & then sat down to business.   We've leased 3 GM vehicles in years past, Chevy Corsica & 2 Buick Rendezvous.   We leased with another Mfg for a few years but really wanted to get back to a dealership closer to home for service. I really liked my 2 Rendezvous, I work for a GM Supplier & I noticed the new Envision at the grocery store parking lot & thought to myself, 'that's a sharp looking car', so naturally I wanted to test drive one.   I did & loved it!  That's the one I took home that day.  Smooth ride, pleasing to the eye & innovative technology...what more could one want!

I have worked with Kutztown Auto since I was old enough to drive. They are true professionals that take the BS out of the auto sales industry. Recently I have been even more impressed by their service after you purchase a vehicle with them. As a sales rep I put a lot of miles on my Cadillac forcing me to get my oil change every other month. Kutztown Auto services my car in the most convenient way imaginable.

My car buying experience at Kutztown Auto was great.  There was absolutely no pressure to buy.  I finally got the CTS I have wanted for years.  Jeremy was an fantastic salesperson! He got some amazing things done to my car to make me even happier.  Definitely would recommend my salesperson, Jeremy Sylvester to everyone.
