It's a cal dealership, what do you want? 

The waiting room for car service is nice enough. Coffee provided. They also have a quiet room, which is nice if you want to be away from all the customers checking in and out. 

My 2nd service was about an hour. Standard.

We had a very good experience purchasing out 2017 Outback at Haldeman Subaru in Hamilton.  John did a great job helping us select a model with the options we were looking for - and helping us pick out a color - and following up with us after the sale.  Lynn (internet sales) did a great job getting us the pricing information and setting up the appointment.  Steve treated us fairly in evaluating our trade.  Dave (technical guy) was very patient while reviewing all of the technical packages.  The business manager did not do a "hard" sell on the maintenance packages and was very patient with all of the questions we had.   All in all, we had a pleasant experience purchasing the Outback.

I recently leased a new Subaru Forester from Haldeman in Hamilton, NJ.  Chad, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and able to find us the car we wanted and at an excellent price very quickly.  The car arrived, had all the features we wanted and was ready for us to pick up exactly when we wanted it.  They have followed up with us to insure everything is to our satisfaction.  We are extremely happy with the whole experience.  Thank You Haldeman Subaru and Chad.

*EXCELLENT* experience leasing a 2017 Subaru Outback 3.6R Touring!  Justin Gunn (Sales Consultant) and Lynn Leonardo (Internet Sales) were friendly, helpful, and most-of-all very *PROFESSIONAL* throughout the entire process.  This was the *BEST* car dealership experience thus far!  Keep-up the *GREAT* work of *SUPERIOR* customer satisfaction!!!
