Our experience at Haldeman Ford was a pleasant one. Randy was our sales consultant, and we bought a new Fiesta 2016 from him. Randy listened to us and worked in our best interest to find the car we wanted. Most importantly he wasn't pushy or snake oil salesman like...but just normal. Which was great! We had complimentary and AMAZING chocolate cake while we waited. Additionally, we had our three year old daughter with us and installing her car seat and taking her on the test drive was encouraged! We didn't have to wait too long and our daughter had zero melt downs.....until we got home with the car that is, when she tearfully asked "but where is Randy?" We then had to explain that Randy did not come with the car.

Randi wad very nice and the deal was fair and straightforward. I advise to look for a car first of all in the dealership website and only when you find one that suit you go to the dealership (from my experience the prices in the website are the lowest). The car itself looks good and the dealership commits to a good mechanical condition (If anything goes wrong in the near future I will change my review) - So yes, things went wrong so I changing me review - After just one month the car started making clicking noises. I took it to the dealership garage where they didn't find a problem related to the noise but they did found a oil leak (their estimated the repair for 1025$!!). The noises came and go and eventually I took the car to different garage (Pep Boys) - they found the reason for the noises - badly worn out axes. And they estimate the oil leak repair for 300$ (!!). Total cost of repair (in Pep Boys, including new tires) - 1300$ for a car I bought two month ago for 5000. So maybe it is just bad luck but for my experience I wouldn't advise you buying a car in Haldeman Ford - they sold me a car in bad mechanical condition although they said they fixed what ever needs to be fixed - which is obviously not true.

Very good experience here! J.R. was extremely helpful when I needed a car quickly! Just got a 2014 Ford Focus from them and it runs great! Marek was a great sales representative and even filled up the car with a full tank of gas when I was ready to take it home. I would definitely buy from these folks again! If possible I would give them a 7 star rating very trusty and very reliable.

I took my Ford Escape to Haldeman Ford because the AC was not working. After almost 3 hours, the service tech said the car needed a new blower motor resistor and it would cost $895 !!! If you google blower motor resistors they cost $90 plus a labor cost. Still nowhere near $895. Took my car to a midas shop. The car was low on freon and they did an AC recharge, totaling $170 ! I would never suggest that anyone go to Ford for service. Although I expect the dealer to be much higher, I don't expect to be totally lied to. These people have no morals whatsoever.
