I've been going to Roman's Jewelers for over 20 years, starting when Lucy designed my wedding band around my engagement ring. Since then, I've bought or been given a few more pieces and I've never been disappointed.  Their quality of product and customer service is fabulous, both when I make the purchase and in keeping it beautiful.  Everyone is wonderful, but Edie is one of my favorite sales people as I feel she takes extra special care to help me make sure I'm getting something I love.  She takes just as good of care of me when I am making a purchase or if I'm just there looking or getting something cleaned.  And Lucy, this last time, went above and beyond to help me get a very special Christmas present which meant so much, thank you!!!!

My boyfriend and I went in to Roman Jewelers and from the second we walked in the door Angela made the experience so perfect and enjoyable. She gave us champagne and a full lesson on diamonds. She listened to everything I wanted and continues to be personable and professional every time my boyfriend and I speak to her. Very happy that my engagement ring will be coming from Roman Jewelers!

Roman is the best!  Recently purchased an engagement ring, and Angela provided the best help and made amazing recommendations.  My fiancé could not have been happier with the end result.  I highly recommend anyone in search of jewelry to go to Roman

My experience at Roman Jewelers was fantastic. Angela was very helpful and answered all of my questions both honestly and professionally. She made the process of buying an engagement ring very enjoyable, and the ring came out absolutely perfect. I would definitely recommend Roman Jewelers to anyone interested in purchasing fine jewelry.

This is by far the BEST jewelry store around! This review is going to be a little long but hang in and read it, because in the end it's all about how you are treated and respected) If you have ever questioned should I stop in,  but then think no it looks too expensive for me, please take the time and go because you would truly be missing out if you don't.  You will be so happy and will never regret it! First let me start by saying they have the most beautiful and quality jewelry around within everyones price range without a doubt. Second, if they don't have exactly what you are looking for they go above and beyond to find you what you want. Sometimes I think they know me better than I know myself. But the most important part of my review is what beautiful people they have staffed there, which to me is everything. I recently went through one of the toughest years in my life, Lucy (the owner who is truly amazing at what she does and is so wonderful) took the time to talk with me for quite a long time, we cried and laughed together and that day I didn't buy anything. That says a lot about a persons character and who they are, it wasn't about a sale, she truly cared.  She makes time for you on a personal level and when it is about the purchase of an item she will always make sure you are and completely happy.  Now let me talk about dear Angela,  who is just the sweetest person and will go above and beyond for you.  She is just the BEST, we laugh and talk and she is so very honest and knowledgeable. I can be having the worst day and I stop by and I walk out laughing and feeling good whether I just want to browse or I'm looking for something specific. She has become such a true friend to me who really cares.  I can't say enough of how inviting they all are and how you strike up relationships with this staff. I can honestly say I think of them as friends who mean a lot to me including Marie and Edie. They are just beautiful people and fun as well. They are always there for you and are so helpful and never ever pushy, I really love them all. Have to add that they have a jeweler that does awesome on-site repairs as well. I am far from having a lot of money and I can't afford a lot (even though I want almost everything there lol) but they are always so welcoming and warm whether you are buying that day or not. So I will end there, but don't miss out on taking that chance and stopping in, you will create lasting relationship and have the most beautiful jewelry that will always bring a smile to your face and envy to others
