Excellent customer service. Jordan definitely exceeded any expectations I had from the jewelry industry. Even though I came in seeking to place a relatively small order, my fiancée and I were cared for every step of the way. From making sure the order was just what we wanted to fine tuning what was essentially a custom finish. It's customer service like this that makes you feel confident in your purchase, and eager to return again.

Absolutely wonderful customer service. I was under a tight timeline to get a very big anniversary gift. I wanted a very specific ring and style that was hard to find. I walked into Hamilton Jewelers with only 2 days left before the anniversary. They were very helpful and had lots to choose from, but they did not have the exact ring I wanted. I left my contact information thinking there was no way they could do anything in such a short amount of time. To my surprise, I got a call the next day. They had a ring matching my specs sent overnight from New York. I was under no obligation and I didn't even know they were going to do this. I stopped by the store that day and was amazed the ring was exactly what I wanted. They also had a very reasonable cost that met my budget. They definitely went the extra mile. Congratulation Hamilton Jewelers on providing unsurpassed customer service.
