Sharif always takes a personal interest in his clients. Very easy to work with and fair. Great customer service and generous to his community. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If it’s exchanging or upgrading jewelry, I’m always satisfied. If I bring in old jewelry for sale, his precious metal prices are always up to the current market value . Always a pleasant experience. If the item of interest is not on hand, he will find it. Negotiations are welcome and a learning experience at Sharif. My knowledge of gems were increased as a result of shopping at his establishment. Great coffee too.

Nice place. Went to get two watch batteries installed. They were busy. They offered me coffee while waiting. They have me my service on the house because they felt they had me waiting a long time. I would have given them 5 stars but they didn't swap out the links like i asked when they took my watches. It's all good. I would go back. They had very nice watches.

I was greeted immediately by the security/ front door employee and he went above and beyond to find me the help I was looking for so that I wasn't just standing in the middle of the store not knowing where to go. He also offered me tea, coffee, or water more than once which was a very nice touch. I went here to sell a diamond ring set and the young gentleman that assisted me was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. He was also very honest with me and told me that I would be able to sell it for much more than they could offer me. Then he asked me what did I pay for it and how much was I looking to get for it and after that he went to go see how much he could give me for it . He didn't take too long and made sure I understood why they weren't able to pay me for such a beautiful diamond ring. They typically only buy scrap gold since they dont resell the jewelry they buy, they only melt it. So that being said, they only could offer me the gold melt value which was around $140 and since I paid $700 for the ring (which was a brand new 14k white gold 1/2 carat bridal set) I declined the offer and decided to sell it online. The important part is the way I was treated throughout my visit and how they made me feel like they had my best interest at heart which to me is priceless! I had a great experience here and will definitely be back.

Nice place with helpful staff. They have bling to high end custom jewelry. High end watches too. Limited parking.

The staff could not have been nicer. They gave me a fair price for my old jewelry. I left there a happy camper.
