The owner is a scammer. He scammed my 65 years old mother. He promised her to fix her beloved old watch (which was her wedding gift.) He took her money, and the watch was acting up even worst than before. And when she tried to ask him for a refund (after many visits and false promises to fixing it for her) he called Arden mall security on her and humiliate her. Please don't go to him, please stay away from him. I'm very upset not because of the few hundred dollars he stole from her. I'm just very sad because of the way he took advantage of an alder person like that.

IF YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR MONEY AWAY TO COVER THEIR HIGH COST OF THE LEASE IN ARDEN FAIR SHOPPING MALL, THEN BE MY GUEST. They told me I could get a high-quality battery they had for $50. Another quality repair shop in town said that was a false claim, and charged much , much less for a high quality battery. They told me things that turned out to be completely false, after I verified with other repair shops. You are paying a lot of money to cover their rent. To stay in business they need to charge you an arm and a leg. If you want to throw your money away that is your business. If you shop around FIRST, you will find out you are being RIPPED OFF. Do your homework first. From personal experience....TRUST ME.

Worst service. They will just ruin your item, if you visit for any repair.

I Brought my watch in because I thought battery was dead. The guy took it apart and battery was good. So he reset my watch for me reassembled everything and sent me on my way no charge
