Dr. Corley and Kwanza are great to work with. I have not had any issues working with them and the service I have received has been very cordial and caring.

I'm very surprised to see these negative reviews. I've been going to this location of NGPG for at least five years and have always been treated respectfully and professionally by every member of the staff. The front office is great and I've never waited more than 15 minutes, usually less. This place hands down has the best nurses and doctors.....warm and compassionate.....who actually listen and treat me like a human being not just another "customer".

Poor professionalism of the receptionist. We called before we came with my little daughter who had an ear ache and was crying to ask if they did accept medicaid. After we got the positive answer we came there. Then the receptionist told us that my daughter did not had medicaid and we should pay $25. I did not have time and nerves to argue so we paid in hope to be seen by the doctor as soon as possible. After several weeks we got the bill. I called and said to lady that my daughter had medicaid and if they could review the information. I was promised to recieve a letter in my mail. We did not get anything so we called again. This time we were told that they actually do not accept medicaid. So, do not know what to say. I definitely do not like to be fooled around.

Bad Customer Service!  I called to confirm my annual exam with my doctor.  Receptionist hung up on me.  when I called back, the first time my call went through the phone menu and then kept ringing for 20 minutes.  Second time I called, I when through the phone menu and my call kept ringing for 15 minutes.

Awful, called and was told it would be about a 20 to 45 minuite wait. Was told people who got here after me got here before me because they already had their paperwork in but my paper work wasnt given to me until 30 minutes after I got here. I have spent a whole two hours and still waiting in this waiting room.
