First of all let me state: I had a great experience with the assistant manager regarding receiving a refund. She was very nice. However, my wife woke up to being bitten by a BED BUG at 1 in the morning. Upon moving some of the bed sheets around, several more were found. We had to make reservations at another hotel and leave in the middle of the night. I think the situation was handled well enough but I personally cannot recommend staying here for that reason.

Room was a bit smaller than expected, a little bit of a squeeze for 4 people, but other than that, great stay! It's very close to Universal, the breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly. They even gave my dad a gift basket for his birthday, and none of us even told them about it to my knowledge.

The rooms and restrooms are nice with not much to complain about unless you're "Entitled" or used to special treatment and fancy stuff. Outlets everywhere for those who bring their house and a half for electronics. Th e shower never seems to run out of hot water and theres plenty of soap and towls. You know the AC is one when you feel the arctic blast and the drapes are raised about a foot. Room service is nice without me having to worry about stolen items or my stuff getting thrown around. My friends thought the pool was nice. Great if you're looking for a hotel and not a luxury suite.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed. The air conditioning was outstanding - almost too cool, but that's better than being too hot! Friendly staff with good coffee and a nice breakfast buffet. We were there for a convention and many attendees at this hotel,so it was crowded. Parking was easy. My only complaint: only one working elevator with all of us leaving for morning meetings at the same time... or trying to check out with luggage at the same time. Please get the second elevator operating for the guests.

Location! Location! Location! This place was great and provided everything we needed for our trip. The free breakfast was an awesome way to start out the day and only a 4 minute drive to the parks!
