My fiancé, son and I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights. Each day we had to ask for an extra towel for my son because they only kept giving us two towels and face cloths KNOWING we had a child to bathe. Then our last night staying our bed was NEVER made or even changed but everything else in the room was. I have never been so disgusted. How do we know if our bed was even ever changed our whole stay or even before?!?! GROSS! Will most likely never be staying here again.

Our room was comfortable and the A/C unit was quiet. It was central to our activities. They're the most positive things I can say. We had a great view of the back of the wide concrete pillar that's on the front of the building. The WiFi was almost non-existent, and after 15 tries, we got connected. There was very little phone service in the area too.The tub drained super slow. Continental breakfast varied each day and tasted ok , but the staff was slow at replenishing the food and at wiping tables. The breakfast room looked like it hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Stains on the chairs, super sticky floor, dried food stuck on the table columns. For the money paid, we expected and deserved more. We will not go back.

If you like staying at a Hampton Inn, don't stay here. The quality is significantly lower than any of the 50+ Hampton Inns I've stayed at. You will be disappointed by the size of the rooms, the road noise, the shabby decor and the tiny bathroom. Friendly staff don't make up for it.

Front desk personnel were nice and the rooms were clean. Beds and furniture were low quality and cobbled together. Our rooms had some issues that maintenance was supposed to take care of while we were out. For example, one of our rooms wouldn't get hot water. These problems were still present after we returned at 8 pm. The maintenance guy (Ihor or something like that) didn't arrive until 10 at night and was uninterested in helping us. He ran the shower for 20 minutes until hot water started then told us everything was fine. So I guess we'll have to run the shower for 20 minutes before we use it. Honestly, I've had better experiences in motels.
