If I could rate 1/2 star I would. I called 5 times to talk to someone about group rates and they kept transferring me to a dead line that said, "You cannot make international calls," and would then hang up. After I explained that to the operator for the 5th time, I was transferred to the RUDEST front desk receptionist I have ever talked to. I consider myself a pretty easy going person and this woman was straight rude. She (in a horrible attitude) said, "Yeah, HELLLOOO? HOW CAN I ASSIST YOU?" like I'm an idiot. Then I asked her why she was being rude to me and she said, "I just don't know how you want me to assist you? You're not telling me anything? What do you want?" ... this is after the operator I spoke to told me the woman knew how to help me. I was trying to do a room block for 100+ people... forget it. There are dozens of hotels in Rochester... I'll choose one that's at least respectful.

Beautiful hotel! Stayed here for a wedding. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great staff, clean decor and feel, comfortable, upscale style b/f area with enough choices, appears to be green friendly - enjoyed our stay!

Itz a clean hotel, newly built etc., pleasant staff, good pool and an average gym. This is in middle of nowhere and the breakfast sucks. Not much of a choice.
