Basic rooms but bright and clean with nice towels. My only complaint would be that the pillows were very flat. Overall a good value. Would stay again if I were in the area.

The location is very central to everywhere I needed to be. The room was quiet and clean. The service was quick and professional.

Outstanding manager and staff. Room was clean and comfortable. I will stay there next year when I have to come back.... Good price ( Veterans Discount ) with a nice big comfortable bed.... Thanks

This was the cheapest hotel in Rochester and it wasn't bad for the price. It was pretty clean overall and the front desk guy was friendly and polite. Breakfast was milk, cereal, apples, packaged pastries and coffee. If your main goal is to save money, this motel is a good option.

Room was clean but that's where it stops. The guy overcharged us for the room. We showed him their online price and he wouldn't honor it. In fact he told us if we booked it online he would cancel the reservation. I showed him military ID and he didn't seem to care about that at all. Went to their "FREE Continental Breakfast" and boy is that a joke. They had two types of cereal on a shelf and some smashed up packages of outdated pastries. There were no spoons out for the cereal and once we finally got some, the milk was expired. Plan ahead and don't stay here.
