Military discount is impressive. Nice hotel, nice room. Shower was fabulous, however, for the price per night, there wasn't a fan in the bathroom. Otherwise, stay was great. Kathy on afternoons, then again in the early morning, was exceptional in her knowledge, I wonder if she gets any time off... Would have given it a 5, but the lack of a bathroom fan just irks me!

The room was fine, the front was friendly and available, the breakfast was as expected. Unfortunately on this particular stay there were issues with my room charges, and I was inadvertently charged 3 nights for my 2 night stay. I was told the manager would fix it, and I would receive an email confirmation and a phone call. The front desk called me back to tell me it had been resolved (not the manager as I requested), and I never received a confirmation email. These things take time to reimburse, which I understand, and as of right now it has been 7 days since I checked out, and I have yet to be refunded.

We had an issue just after we checked in. There was an empty water bottle under the desk, which by itself wasn't too bad. But when I put stuff on the night stand I looked over and the shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap had been used and were laying on the side of the tub and the jacuzzi tub was still wet. We informed the front desk who gave us a slight discount on our second nights stay... but ...needless to say I wasn't going to use the jacuzzi tub since it hadn't been cleaned and that kind of weirded me out. This is the first time we have ever had an issue at a Hampton. And we always stay at Hampton on our business and pleasure trips.

Met friends there to get ready for a wedding. The room was very clean and the front desk associate was accommodating when we needed some information. The coffee in the lobby was fresh and there was a variety of brews and creamers. All in all a nice hotel and would definitely consider them if I needed to stay in the area.

Great staff, clean & well maintained both interior as well as outdoor. Comfortable well appointed accommodations, free breakfast bar (staffed). Nice room selection, indoor pool, fitness & business centre, handicap parking, 24/7 coffee bar, plenty of T.V.'s for those "inclined" 2 view, free WiFi for guests. Baggage carts available.
