I've lived in Rudgate Clinton for about 2.5 years now. Management used to be fantastic and then they brought in an all new staff. Now they never answer phones, never turn phone calls, give me excuses instead of answers. Drug deals going on at the pool. Loud noisy neighbors at all times of the day and night. Complain and nothing is done. Almost got ran down at 11 at night on a summer night walking with my friend down my own street. It might seem affordable at first, but there are better options out there.

The neighbors are not the best. There are rats and other vermin. They move new modular homes in without fixing the foundation beneath leaving a hellish ghetto look the the whole place.  They also love to raise the rent with little explanation. Though most people who live here don't have the choice or the option to go elsewhere. It's a trailer park, calling it a Manufactured Home Community is just putting lipstick on a pig.

Place and is a joke, lits of rules...never enforced. Office doesn't have a clue what's going on.
