My family and I stayed here for 4 months due to having absolutely no place to live. They put us out because we had kids and they said people were complaining about them playing outside. My kids are 6 and 4. The owner never speaks to anyone, he let the women run the place. The woman behind the counter is very rude and her attitude is nasty. I begged her not to put us out because we had kids and a now 4 month old and she told me to go to the shelter next door. The first room we had there had bedbugs but the room they switched us to was perfect until it starts to rain and the ceiling leak. The tub filled up with water whenever we took a shower, the price says $45 but we was being charged $55 then our weekly rate was $270 plus a $20 late fee. They charged us $20 extra a week for kids but any other Hoyle and the other victory inn doesn't charge for them. It's full of drug addicts and prostitutes. I always seen the cops in there and ambulance as well. Don't stay there unless you absolutely have no place else to stay!! I wouldn't even give it one star but had to in order to post my review

I give zero stars!! This place was horrible!! We stayed there for convenience and it was anything but. Nasty, dirty, saw a couple girls who appeared to be prostitutes, lady across the drive was so messed up on something she was falling over, other people sitting out in lawn chairs partying. Room smelled horrible and air freshener didn't help!! I couldn't even sleep there. Also, how do u burn a foot print in carpet? I would never tell anyone to stay here!! ( it made me give one star to post)

Haven't stayed overnight for a while but doesn't seem to bad guests seem to keep to themselves. Could update the appearance inside and out but not bad for the price.

I went to visit a long term resident. Properly maintained and clean. Staff seems friendly keep in mind this is a budget lodging establishment

They have went down in service quality and cleanliness .... would only stay here as a last resort next to being in a shelter.
