Went here last night; this was hands down the most disgusting hotel i could ever imagine not to mention the staff was beyond disrespectful and incompetent. There were cigarette burns in the walls, sheets and mattress. The sheets had stains all over them; ones that looked like pee and blood. The towels for the bathroom had dark stains on them as well and were very dingy. I blew my nose with toilet paper and it smelled as if someone had already used it if you get what i mean. There were also bed bugs in the bed. When my boyfriend and i asked to change rooms, the guy on duty said he couldnt do it because his manager wasn't present and that there's nothing he could do about it. He was very rude when telling us this. When the next staff member came in for his shift, we told him the situation and he said unless we have our receipt for the room, he cant switch it. apparently having the key card for our room wasn't proof enough that we had payed for the room. Received a lot of attitude from him. Idk why it's impossible to pull up our purchasing information on the computer. We had to leave in the middle of the night; I'm glad we did but now I'm extra paranoid about tracking bed bugs back into my home. Do not stay here. Go to microtel if you want cheap rates, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Thats where i usually go and will continue to go. This was absolutely revolting.

I don't ask for much, only a decent room at a decent price :-) and this place is both!
There's a fridge/freezer in the room, a flat screen TV... I got the jacuzzi room - which has been heaven for me!
Sam was wonderful and very helpful thank you for my great stay next time I work in this area I will be back!

This place is trashy. Has unprofessional employees. They went in my room and stole items when I was not there. Its very dirty. Checkin out there was a couple complaining of bed bugs. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Went to check in.....was told I was not allowed to have guests or kids in my room. First room they gave me had tools all over the bathroom. They gave me a new room. Went in that room...Bed bugs galore on the mattress. Told them i wanted my money back because they had bed bugs. She argued with me telling me them were not bed bugs. An she would call house keeping. No sorry or nothing.

COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE!!!! The rooms are infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. My bathtub didn't drain. The rooms and the rest of the place is FILTHY the bottom of my feet and socks turn black when I walk around my room or the hallway. Some rooms don't have hair dryers or phones. The halls reek of weed all of the time. They will not switch your room for ANY reason (not even if you get a hot tub room and your hot tub doesn't work). MANAGER IS A DICKHOLE!!!! MAINTENANCE MAN IS ALSO A DICKHOLE (not as bad as the dickhoke manager though). Room service/maids don't exist. You have to take out your own trash and if you need clean sheets or towels or any toiletries you have to bring your dirty stuff down to the front desk and switch it out yourself. The vending machines don't work- they just eat your money. The hotel is full of drugs and hookers. The elevator is out of order. The fire alarm went off 3 times during our stay and the 3rd and 4th floors are closed due to a fire. I would give zero stars if it was an option. THIS PLACE IS THE WORST TRASH I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!!
