In mid-January my wife and I had the good fortune of enjoying a 2-night stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Greenfield, MA. Upon being greeted at the front desk by a most gracious and charming "Ms. Monique", we were treated with kid gloves by a woman who was truly cut out for her position. She was able to anticipate our every need and treated us like family. In no way am I overlooking the rest of the staff including Liz (night shift desk clerk), the fabulous breakfast hostess who set out a fabulous buffet including juices, fruit, cereals, waffles, bagels, sausage and eggs to pastries and beverages. The rest of the staff also was very congenial and helpful. While we are not a family that travels a lot, we have definitely found our home away from home --- Hampton Inn and Suites. Good environment with clean rooms, nice breakfast, and really comfortable beds. Had snacks out right when I arrived which was a nice bonus. The one slight disappointment was there was no hottub and for $150 a night I kind of was expecting that but overall it was a nice place.

Nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. They have snacks out until around 9, which is a big plus considering I get back rather late. All of the facilities were nice to use. Nothing unique about it though, just a nice hotel.

Horrible....noisy!!! can hear everyone in there rooms... kept up all night with ppl yelling at their kids ...woke up more exhausted had to go home to nap so exhausted...Jacuzzi says 4 two...but not really...no help from ppl at desk except to say sorry, wow that did a whole lot! Says hires security to keep the noise down...why?? Is this a party motel or a shelter motel now??

Overall, a very good experience here. The lobby and other public areas were clean and we'll maintained. The front desk personnel were courteous, friendly and competent. The room was spacious. Breakfast buffet and evening snacks we're fresh and delicious. A good value.
