Very nice staff! Always friendly and helpful, location is close enough to the mall and restaurants, but far enough away that parking and sound isn't an issue. Beautiful lobby as well, always well kept! Just a great place to get away in general!

I've stayed in a couple of the Hampton Inns they're always very clean the people that work there are always very helpful and I would definitely go back

My fiancé and I came to Warren, Ohio from Florida to spend Thanksgiving with my family this year. For lack of space, we stayed at the Hampron Inn in Niles by the Eastwood Mall. It was truly a wonderful experience! They were so polite and accommodating that we were blown away. Our room was clean and comfortable. They had a free breakfast for us every morning and the workout room was more than fully equipped. If you are up this way and need a hotel, this is the place!! Thank you Hampton for your impeccable hospitality and care. You are a credit to your industry. Special thanks to their manager, David and the night desk clerk, Nicole. Whatever they pay you, it’s not enough!!! We will be back!! Doug Kutsko

The hotel is newly remodeled and beautiful! They have a workout room, pool, hot tub, abs spa with built in handicap lift. They offer a Continental breakfast that far surpasses most. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely return here whenever in Niles, Ohio! It is worthy of all 5 stars!
