HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!! This hotel was clean, had a great staff & amazing location. The Santa Monica beach & pier was walking distance. Venice beach wasn't too far either. You can always ride bikes there! Not to mention the city mall was only a block away. It's a little more expensive to stay in Santa Monica but very worth it. You can always catch the city buses to downtown, & the metro to Hollywood. We really enjoyed our stay, & the amazing staff. Of course complimentary breakfast was a plus! This is a newer hotel & in my opinion the stay price wasn't bad. We will be back!!!

This hotel is more like a Hilton. The hotel is clean and bright with high ceilings. You can hear the metro crossing the intersection at night, but I set the air unit on constant fan so it doesn't wake me.

The front desk was helpful in outlining places to go.

The building and floors and rooms are all locked with the keycard so the bums can't get in.

The fixtures are low flow and low pressure. It wasn't difficult to adjust. In California, you're going to run into this issue everywhere.

Just a couple blocks from the ocean. Well lit roads and safe.

Very clean.  
Why the two stars is because the floors are wood so therefore you can hear footsteps easy. We are very easy going people. We were all dozing off and had manager knock on our door of complaints which is weird cause we all had been laying in bed falling asleep. We told him WE also heard noises of foot steps above us. 
I figured the foot steps would stop no later then 11pm. BUT they went on literally allllllllllllllllllllllllll night long.. My eyes were blood shot and to tired to call to complain. 
I honestly would never stay here again.

Filthy dirty floors in room, housekeeping came and mopped.  Another customer at main desk overheard complaining about dirty room and shower.

Coffee was cold in AM, no creamer choices like other Hampton inns.  
Breakfast choices were horrid only pastries, bagels, waffles and no sausage or bacon.
Valet parking was only choice at 46.00 per night.  

Should be free for Hilton honors silver and above.

Would not recommend, will not be coming back.  Will be speaking to Hilton honors about this hotel.

Great location, great rooms, great staff, great valet, the hotel is all out great! I would highly recommend it if you have the opportunity to stay.
