The Hampton Public Library system consists of the Main Library and three branch libraries, Northampton, Willow Oaks, and Phoebus. With the exception of holidays and city closings, the hours for our locations are as follows. The Main Library is open Mon.-Thurs. 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Fri.-Sat. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Sun. 1-5 p.m. Both the Northampton Branch Library and Willow Oaks Branch Library are open Mon.-Thurs. 9 a.m.-9 p.m., Fri. 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Sat. 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Sun. 1-5 p.m. The Phoebus Branch Library is open Mon.-Thurs. 10 a.m.-6 p.m., Fri. 10 a.m.-5 p.m., Sat. 1 p.m.-5 p.m., and is closed on Sunday.
