Love this library. It's small but has everything you could need up to middle School age books and school material.

Friendly, helpful staff. Great children's play area. Wonderful story times, science times, and other miscellaneous children's programs. The summer programs are wonderful. They have a 1,000 books by kindergarten and a summer reading program that encourages reading. I also have heard great things about their homeschool group. Every Thursday from 10-2 in the summer they have a local farm produce stand. There's a lovely park and playground behind the library.

Good selection, clean and well lit. Helpful employees. Can use their computer to find items even if they are at other locations.

Horrible, racist, and disrespectful to blacks and other patrons. Some of the staff including an older, heavy set, white lady with gray hair talks to people like their stupid not realizing that myself and I'm sure several other patrons have more class, degrees, credentials, and sense than them. Horrible library but typical of the excessively ignorant and stupid backwoods (behind the times) culture and area here in the Hampton Roads area. Disgusting and so sad!
