This is a huge library and offer many services, but the front desk is arrogant and slow. The African American lady at the counter is mildly blind, incompetent, and has an attitude. Will not go to her next time.

Great location, comfortable set up. Surprisingly complete selection. Highly recommended especially with kids.

I love it there out of all the library's in VA beach I'd choose that one great service if you have any project or need to study That's the place to go they have a great archive and an awesome reference section

I love this library and have been going to it for many MANY years..... but today, I went there to work on a paper (for about an hour) and couldn't take it anymore because I FROZE!! Good grief man I don't know if they were trying to keep people from staying very long or trying to lower their power bill!! The temperature there was ridiculously too low. And I know I am not the only one who thinks this because I looked around and everyone I looked at had their winter coats and hats on.... REALLY VA BEACH??
