This place is super clean every week and the laundry attendant on Friday nights goes the extra mile to take care of everyones needs. There are plenty of tables to fold your clothes and carts to help you move your clothes from washer to dryer. It's also located beside plenty of store for shopping. They also allow you to dropped your clothes off and get them washed / dryed for a fee. Go check it out it will be your best laundromat experience

My first and last visit: The only employee in the store was in conversation the entire time through my visit. The first part of the conversation left a bad taste in my mouth, being that the topic was how stupid fellow customers were. The employee went on to explain a phone conversation that had happened an hour earlier, wherein the customer wanted to know how much a load of laundry was. The employee rudely and aggressively insinuated that the customer was just calling around to find the cheapest laundromat -as if that is somehow a bad thing, and somehow warrants the withholding of information. The employee apparently ended the conversation with "If you want to know how much a load is, we are open until 8:00" then hung up on them.

The second part of the conversation was impossible to escape, since it was being shouted across the store -the topic turned to drugs. The employee graphically described the deaths of three people he knew that had died gruesome deaths as a result of heroin and PCP. Then proceeded to explain his disdain for drug addicts, and admitted to asking certain customers to leave the laundromat because he suspected them to be addicts.. and "trust him, he knew what a drug addict looks like". I am by no means condoning the use of illicit substances, but having an uneducated opinion, of how drug addicts should be treated, was not something I wanted shoved down my throat while cleaning my underwear.

The final piece of the conversation was about guns -of course it was. The employee went on to explain a story in which, if true, meant involvement in attempted homicide and assault with a deadly weapon. Then proceeded to explain, in detail (incorrectly I might add), the intricacies of Delaware state gun law -stating that there was no need to have a permit to carry a concealed weapon, while expressing love for the NRA. I am personally a fan of our 2nd amendment, however this was yet another uneducated opinion that I feel should not be shouted, as fact, while watching over a store front.

Philosophy of the employee aside, I witnessed several customers (myself included) fail to catch the attention of the store-keeper. One lady managed to break up the conversation by pointing out a fault in one of the machines. The employee went on, in a very condescending and drawn-out tone, to explain the instructions on the lid -instructions that were irrelevant to the issue that had occurred. She only ended the request for help out of frustration that the real issue had not been addressed.

Not to mention, this is one of the most expensive laundromats that I have patronized.
