The Community Arts Center is located at 120 South Second Street in historic downtown Wilmington, NC. The facility includes five studios that are available to nonprofit organizations for rehearsals of plays, musicals, and recitals. Individuals may also apply to teach community outreach arts classes in the available studio space. Inquire today!
The building is also home to the acclaimed Orange Street Potters and the Second Street Stage, an auditorium with a stage and technical loft used for rehearsals and performances. The facility, which includes a kitchen, may be rented for corporate and private functions.
The Community Arts Center is dedicated to providing a welcoming, quality facility as an affordable outlet for local performing and visual arts. Through community classes, performances, and available rehearsal space, the CAC fosters Wilmington’s rich local culture in the hope that the Historic USO building will continue to be an active landmark in our community.
