I took my foster pup here to get his nails trimmed and it was not a good experience. The groomer told me not to come inside the room with my dog and he didn’t want to tell me how much it was going to cost, he just grab the dog and took him ( I should have left then). I had a bad feeling so I went to look inside, my pup was terrified and wearing a muzzle. I came in and try to help but overall I didn’t like the attitude of the groomer and my dog was frightened and going crazy , I decided not to finish with his nails and just leave him alone. The guy ended up charging me $25, for a job half done and he clearly overcharged me. There’s no set up price so you leave with the feeling that he just charged me whatever he felt like it, I feel it was very unprofessional. I don’t recommend this place for dogs that have special needs.

Brought my shih tzu for a grooming. She was done very quickly (about 1.5 hours) and looks absolutely adorable. To add she seemed very happy both when dropping her off and when I picked her up, she is normally very nervous. Mike the groomer was very friendly and followed exactly what we wanted. Priced very reasonably for the area. We will be returning.

Amazing experience catered to my dog specifically. they are very knowledgeable and kind. Prices are also reasonable for the upper east side. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

As a dog trainer, I am disgusted that this so called pet store is still open in my neighborhood. Not only in the past have I bought from this store ( maybe previous owners) but Today i went into the store, with my dog, who is obedience trained to the highest level, and was told by as always the NASTIEST woman behind the desk that I was not allowed to let my dog walk around and do basic obedience, sit, for a treat. Maybe this store has new nasty owners? This now horrid store has been in this fine neighborhood for years. Not only are they totally over priced, but every time I walk in there, there is an angry man yelling at someone over the phone. He doesn't even have the decency to even pick up his head to help a customer. The store is dirty and filthy. I remember during a stella and chewys recall, they even had recalled food on their shelves, I had to being it to the persons attention!!! Buyer beware!!!! One day the supposed groomer asked if i bring my Maltese in, it would be over my dead body!!! Having many many pet clients in the area, I will do my best to steer them clear of this filthy disgusting, nasty pet store. I have never ever had a Pet store tell me I could not walk my dog in the store. I really believe it's some shill for some other business. Everyone I speak to in the area refuses to walk into that store worrying they might catch some horrible disease. Buyer beware. Order from Chewys..Canine Styles or search someplace else. I am horrified this business is still in business.

My husband took our dog for a haircut and We have to thank MIKE for the nice job! Definitely taking my dog back!
